Q: Are the hotel rates per person or per room?
A: All of our rates are per room per night and are inclusive of tax and service charges. Hotels that include breakfast in the rate are clearly identified accordingly. There is nothing else to pay.
Q: Can you organise tours and transfers?
A: We would be more than happy to assist you with your transfer needs and any asia tour options you may need. Products include full day and half day tours as well as extended tours.
Q: Do I receive a voucher for my hotels?
A: Yes, your voucher will be forwarded to you upon the successful transaction of your credit card payment.
Q: Do you give my email address away?
A: Absolutely not, we treat all our customers email addresses in the strictest of confidence. We do not pass on or sell your address to anyone or to companies. It is safe with us.
Q: How do I pay for my hotel room or tour?
A: Very easy, once your booking is confirmed we will debit your Visa Card, AMEX or Master card and forward your hotel voucher to you immediately. You may check your booking and payments at anytime. All of our rates are inclusive of Tax and Service Charges.
note: All payments made by credit cards are subject to a survice charge of 3.5%
Q: How do you work with hotels in Asia?
A: Our company works with partners throughout Asia. These companies are properly licensed and have met our strictest criteria which includes a minimum service response time, stable and honest operators, maintain a current license and in general are reputable companies. Most of our partners have been in business for more than 30 years.
Q: Is my hotel room reservation definite?
A: Yes it is, once your booking is confirmed and the payment transaction completed, you will receive your required hotel vouchers by fax or email. Your vouchers are proof of purchase of your accommodation.
Q: May I book additional hotels once I have arrived?
A: You certainly can. You simply need to make a booking online as you have done so previously or you may telephone our office and one of our Customer Service Consultants will be pleased to assist you personally.
Q: May I pay the hotel directly?
A: No, our rates are specially negotiated rates and are available only via our system. The process requires prepayment upon confirmation of your booking. Failure to process your payment prior to arrival will result in an automatic cancellation.
Q: What if I cancel my hotel room due to an emergency or illness
A: Should you need to cancel your booking our cancellation policy is clearly outlined as per our Terms and Conditions Policy. In most cases your travel insurance will cover you for any cancellation fees that have been incurred.
